KEITH BERSCH, J.D., CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The co-founder of ProgressiveHealth currently focuses on providing strategic and operational leadership to the company and establishing
long-range goals that foster growth and innovation. With more than fifteen years of health care experience, three successful entrepreneurial
ventures, and a strong background in finance and law, he creates market-leading solutions for the company's customers. Keith holds a Bachelors
of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University and a Law degree from the Loyola School of Law.
PATRICK STAPLES, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Patrick joined the company in 2002 and is responsible for managing all day-to-day operational and financial aspects of the company,
including implementing effective growth strategies and ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency. His leadership in
productivity management, systems innovation, reimbursement, employee benefit design, and recruiting has enabled the company to effectively
manage its rapid growth. Patrick has become a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), North America’s
leading professional society for healthcare leaders, where he earned his board certification in healthcare management.
He previously spent six years in roles such as Retail CFO, Market Executive, and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions
at a regional bank holding company. A Certified Management Accountant, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
with a double major in Finance and International Business from the University of Evansville and was the Valedictorian at Vanderbilt
University where he received a Masters in Business Administration from the Owen School of Management.
